Indigo Sakiori Truckers Jacket

The Japanese term Sakiori comes from 'saki' - to tear or rip up, and 'ori' which means to weave.  Sakiori fabric is a handweaving technique, utilising in this case recycled weft threads to create fabric that is both unique as well as structural and sturdy with an amazing textural finish. 

This truckers jacket from champion denim-makers Samurai Jeans showcases their beautiful indig- dyed fabric crafted together with Sakiori fabric on the pockets and sides, creating a unique garment every time.  

Classic trucker style, this jacket is light yet warm, with a roomy, boxier fit that allows layering with ease.  Large front hand warmer pockets with inner seam access makes for much greater utility.
